Did you hear that Ashton Woods at Henderson Hollow has the only lazy river on the West side of town? Let's talk about it. Let's talk about our amenity center. So we have the pool, the clubhouse, playground, and of course the lazy river that I mentioned. It takes 30 minutes to float around once. In addition to our amazing amenities, we're going to have a lifestyle director and he plans all the events for the community. We also have an on site HOA just to handle everything as far as getting your pool fobs and all of like paying your dues. So you can do that here in person. So where is Henderson Hollow? We're located at 90 and 2:11. We are 17 minutes for Lackland Air Force Base and we're a stones throw from Castroville or about 15 minutes from your local conveniences, which is going to be your HEB and your Costco. Here at Ashton Woods, we are the largest privately owned home builder in the United States and I have the great honor of being in our flagship community of Hintersee Hollow, where we're the builder and the developer. So in inner space, we have 16 different floor plans. And two different series. We have both gas and electric cooking in our community and I can't wait for you to be here. Pricing here in Hitters Be Hollow with Ashton Woods is ranging from 300,000 to 400,000 between the 16 floor plans. So I would love to help you here at Henderson Hollow with Ashton Woods.
